We are excited to announce our latest investment in Replit’s $250 million Series C funding round out of Georgian Growth Fund VI, alongside Prysm Capital, Amex Ventures, Google’s AI Futures Fund, Craft, a16z, Coatue and others. This financing comes at a pivotal moment as Replit launches Agent 3, its newest agent, marking the start of its next growth phase.

Replit recently launched Agent 3, a significant upgrade from Agent 2, that’s 10x more autonomous. It can now test apps directly in the browser, automatically fix issues using Replit’s proprietary system and generate new agents and automations to streamline workflows. Agent 3 is also 3x faster and 10x more cost-effective than Computer Use models.
