Georgian is pleased to share that ServiceNow has announced an agreement to acquire Armis, a company we’ve been proud to partner with since April 2020.

We first invested in Armis’ buyout round, drawn to the vision and execution of co-founders Yevgeny Dibrov and Nadir Izrael. Since then, we’ve supported the company across multiple financings, including doubling down through our dedicated follow-on fund, as Armis scaled into a category-defining cybersecurity platform.

At the time of our initial investment, our thesis was that Armis was well positioned to lead the structural shift in enterprise security toward continuous, asset-centric exposure management, as attack surfaces expanded beyond traditional IT environments.

Over the past five years, the Armis team has executed on Yevgeny and Nadir's vision, achieving several key milestones:

  • Evolved from IoT security into a comprehensive Cyber Exposure Management platform, addressing the full enterprise attack surface
  • Expanded its global presence with offices across North America, Europe, Israel, and Australia
  • Grown its team to over 1000 employees worldwide
  • Completed three strategic acquisitions (CTCI, Silk Security, and OTORIO)
  • Scaled revenue with blue-chip customers across the globe

Georgian’s AI Lab also had the privilege to partner with the Armis engineering team, most recently supporting work on Armis Centrix™, the company’s AI-powered platform for proactive cyber risk mitigation across the enterprise attack surface.

Congratulations to the entire Armis team and ServiceNow on this next chapter! We’re grateful for the partnership and proud to have been part of the journey.
