Adam Gutkin

Adam Gutkin is Deputy Chief Legal Officer at Georgian. Prior to joining Georgian, Adam spent nearly 10 years at OpenText, a Canadian-headquartered global software company, in progressively senior legal M&A roles, most recently as Vice President, Legal M&A. Over that span he led the legal team's mergers and acquisitions practice, overseeing more than US$13 billion in acquisitions and divestitures. Previously, Adam spent seven years at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in Toronto, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities and general corporate matters. Adam holds a Juris Doctor from Western University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from York University.
