Hadi Nekoei

Hadi Nekoei is a Research Scientist at Georgian, where he works on AI research and helps portfolio companies apply AI effectively. Prior to joining Georgian, Hadi was a Doctoral Researcher at Mila – Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute, where his research focused on reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems and LLM-based agents, studying how AI agents learn, coordinate and generalize in complex environments. During his doctorate, he also held visiting research positions at ServiceNow Research and the Hydro-Québec Research Institute. Hadi holds a PhD in Computer Science from Université de Montréal, a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Economics from Sharif University of Technology.
