Jake Woloshyn

Jake Woloshyn is Legal Counsel at Georgian where he where he works closely with the Investment and Investor Relations teams on all matters related to portfolio company and Georgian fund transactions.

Prior to joining Georgian, Jake was a lawyer at Fasken specializing in corporate and commercial law with a focus on emerging technology and venture capital, where he advised clients on complex transactions and strategic matters. Jake also served as Legal Counsel on secondment to the Toronto International Film Festival.

Jake holds a Juris Doctor from Western University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Toronto.
