Madison Elkhazin

Madison Elkhazin is Head of Capital Formation & Strategic Investments at Georgian. She started her career with Georgian in 2019 on the investment team, where she focused on sourcing, deal selection, due diligence, and post-investment board governance.

She was promoted to Head of Capital Formation in 2025, where she leads Georgian's fundraising and investor relations efforts, along with strategic investments (special purpose vehicles, co-investments, secondaries, and scaled follow-ons).

Prior to joining Georgian, Madison was a product management consultant at Deloitte Digital and graduated with a BSc. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Ottawa.
