Megan Baker

Megan Baker is Head of Security and Privacy at Georgian, where she is responsible for Georgian's internal IT and security operations. She also plays a pivotal role in supporting the investment team, assisting in cybersecurity investments, and due diligence efforts for potential portfolio companies.

Before joining Georgian, Megan was the Director of Security at PrecisionLender (a Georgian portfolio company), where she led key security initiatives and played a critical role in M&A activity during the company's acquisition by Q2.

Earlier in her career, Megan spent a decade as Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at First Citizens Bank, where she had a key role in designing and implementing their Enterprise Risk Management Program, helping to strengthen the bank's overall security and compliance posture.
