Megan Vesely

Megan Vesely is Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Georgian. With over 10 years of law firm and in-house experience, Megan advises on domestic and international matters involving litigation, regulation, compliance, corporate development, investment fund formation and governance.

Prior to joining Georgian, Megan was Vice President of Legal & Compliance at OMERS and General Counsel at Sigma Analysis & Management Ltd. Previously, Megan was an Associate at DLA Piper US LLP.

Megan is admitted to the New York and Ontario bars and holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English, History, and French from Villanova University.
