Olivia Train

Olivia Train is Head of Investment Operations at Georgian, where she leads marketing efforts for the founder audience, helps organize Transferred Learnings (the firm's technical community), and provides strategic support to the Investment team across operations and technology. She plays a key role in connecting founders with Georgian's network and resources, helping drive engagement and long-term value creation.

Previously, Olivia built and led Georgian's Growth Team, the firm's outbound investment sourcing engine, where she helped identify potential portfolio companies, designed and executed targeted outreach strategies, cultivated relationships with founders, and refined Georgian's approach to market coverage. Olivia began her career in software sales, gaining early insight into what drives success for technology companies.

She holds a Law and Business Honours degree from the University of Edinburgh.
