Paul Inder

Paul Inder is an AI Technical Lead at Georgian, where he works on engagements to help accelerate portfolio company growth.

Prior to joining Georgian, Paul was a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Ceridian following their acquisition of Ideal.com, where he served as ML Engineer and Technical Lead, building the ML team and developing AI-powered recruiting tools. Earlier, Paul was Lead Engineer and Data Scientist at Health Outcomes Worldwide, developing computer vision features for healthcare applications.

Paul holds a Master of Applied Science in Biomedical Engineering from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Physics from Memorial University.
