Russell Moore

Russell Moore is a Partner at Georgian, having been promoted to the role in August 2024. As Partner, Russ oversees the end-to-end investment process, from sourcing and evaluating new opportunities to supporting the growth and success of Georgian's portfolio companies.

Russ's investment track record at Georgian includes leading growth fund investments including Coder, Clerk and Sublime Security. He also played a key role in sourcing and supporting Georgian's investments in Dagster and Island.

Prior to joining Georgian, Russ was a member of the Investment Team at Berkshire Partners in Boston and worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company in Toronto. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University.
