Tania Nunes

Tania Nunes is a Legal Operations Manager at Georgian. In this role, Tania is responsible for reviewing and administering contracts and internal policies, and liaising with external counsel on various matters. Prior to joining Georgian, Tania worked as a Securities Law Clerk at IA Clarington Investments Inc. responsible for drafting investment fund prospectuses, annual information forms and ancillary documents for new fund launches, renewals and amendments.

Previous to this, she worked for Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and Altamira Investment Services, Inc. Tania holds an Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario Associate Member Certificate from George Brown College and is a graduate (Honours) of the Richmond School of Commerce Paralegal Program. She’s been an active associate member with the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario since 2005.
