Tyler McGrath

Tyler McGrath is a Senior Associate on the Investment team at Georgian and is responsible for sourcing new opportunities, conducting due diligence and providing support to Georgian portfolio companies. Tyler specializes in the application layer and AI infrastructure. Since joining Georgian, Tyler has supported investments in Cyera, Render, Ambience, Clerk and Darrow.

Prior to joining Georgian, Tyler practiced commercial litigation as a lawyer at Bennett Jones LLP, with an emphasis on corporate and commercial disputes, fraud, and class actions, and also gained experience in corporate transactions. Tyler obtained his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and his Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
